Youth & Family Solutions, LLC was founded in 2020 to provide a safe, neutral environment for supervised visitation and custody exchanges where the child always comes first.
The agency was created by Renee “Positive Nae” Mack after noticing a lack of quality, child-friendly environments and limited flexibility in visitation hours offered by other agencies. Youth & Family Solutions was designed to fill that gap by offering services that are professional, compassionate, and centered on the needs of children and families.
Youth & Family Solutions supports families navigating separation, high-conflict situations, or court involvement by offering structured, professionally monitored services intended to reduce stress and encourage positive interactions. Each service is delivered with care, consistency, and discretion, ensuring a child-centered experience at every visit.

Founder, Owner, CEO
Renee Mack is an author, behavior interventionist, and family advocate who is deeply committed to supporting children and families during times of transition with care, patience, and compassion.
Guided by her philosophy, Find the Positive, Renee believes that even in life’s most challenging moments, children deserve to feel safe, seen, and emotionally supported. Her work is rooted in the understanding that when families are met with empathy and consistency, healing and growth become possible.

Through her writing and family-centered resources, Renee helps children put words to their feelings, understand what is happening around them, and feel reassured during uncertain times. Her approach is gentle yet structured—offering stability while honoring each child’s emotional experience.
